LEADERSHIP TRAINING: 

We have created a leadership development program through which sharp and motivated people can quickly ascend the corporate ladder and build a rewarding career based on sound business principles honed through practice. In addition to our accelerated leadership development program, all employees are provided with a dynamic education and specialized training in sales and marketing that facilitate professional, as well as personal, growth. At ADDMANIA, we depend on each of our people exceeding their career goals, both short and long term. We do not expect anyone to have a refined set of management skills when brought on board but we do believe that some of the most necessary and useful skills can be learned through perseverance and a positive attitude. Initially, we hire each new employee for their intrinsic talent and potential. After gaining a thorough understanding of our business, expectations build for both ADDMANIA and the new hire to ensure that the necessary skills and abilities are effectively learned to transform each individual into a successful, confident partner. Each day, ADDMANIA will approach this challenge from several different angles and with varying methods to encourage the development of a diverse skill set that can be sharpened over time. Continuously improving upon skills is an important goal of ADDMANIA and so we provide morning training sessions every day, designed to teach leadership and business skills, these meetings are also in place to get everyone positively charged and motivated for the upcoming day.

ADDMANIA is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing. Our firm has a very high success rate of developing competitive-driven individuals to managerial positions. We are seeking professionals that want to take their “winning mindsets" and apply them to a growing business career. We are looking to develop our own people, starting in the entry level, rather people from outside. Compensation is reflective of your experience and/or current market rates. WHAT ARE THE DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES FOR ENTRY LEVEL POSITION?

There is no typical day. Planning, preparations and execution of sales and marketing presentations are vital to our relationship with our clients.


WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES?
Entry level account executives are primarily responsible for meeting daily with potential customers to present them with the available services our clients provide; assisting in the daily operation of the company; developing and implementing training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals; developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team; managing external customer needs; and developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.


WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT OF ENTRY LEVEL POSITION?
We only promote from within our company. All employees begin their career at the entry level. There is no seniority. All employees will have the opportunity to advance into a management role, should they choose to do so.


WILL MY LACK OF EXPERIENCE HURT MY CHANCES OF BEING SUCCESSFUL?
No. Regardless of experience, we provide full corporate training for all of our employees. Ambition and willingness to learn are great indicators of success.
